Made by Rill Foods in Thorp, Washington, this small-batch soup mix is prepared with cheese-filled tortellini, carrot, garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, and a savory beef-style seasoning. Add Italian sausage and tomato sauce for the classic preparation, or customize it with extra vegetables or your preferred protein.
Named for Thorp, Washington, this locally made soup comes from Rill Foods, a second-generation family business based in the Kittitas Valley.
