Free Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $50
Applies to most items shipping within the U.S.
Excludes Traxxas RC vehicles and items marked “In-Store Pickup Only.”
Local Delivery (Kittitas County)
Free local delivery is available for addresses within 2 miles of city limits in:
Ellensburg, Kittitas, Thorp, Cle Elum, and Roslyn

Same-day delivery for Lower County orders placed before noon

Orders placed after noon arrive the next business day

Upper County deliveries are made Tuesdays and Thursdays
Your order will be delivered by a Jerrol’s team member. We’ll drop it at your door, knock, and step away. You’ll also receive a call when it’s been delivered.

Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
For U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, please call (800) 858-2427 for a custom quote and to place your order.
Note: Freight (LTL) items cannot be shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Backorders & Split Shipments
We aim to ship your order as quickly and completely as possible.

You may receive multiple packages at no extra cost

If an item is unavailable, we may ship what’s in stock and backorder the rest
If this happens, we’ll keep you informed and provide estimated delivery timing. You will not be charged additional shipping for backordered items.
