In Dr. Seuss's How the Grinch Stole Christmas...According to Max!, author Alastair Heim and illustrator Aristides Ruiz revisit the beloved Christmas classic with a delightful new perspective from everyone's favorite four-legged sidekick!
High above Who-ville on snowy Mt. Crumpit, Max absolutely loves Christmas. Unfortunately, his owner, the Grinch, feels exactly the opposite. When the Grinch decides to steal Christmas from the Whos, Max finds himself unwillingly recruited to help carry out the mischievous plan.
But Max has ideas of his own! As the Grinch sets his scheme in motion, his faithful companion tries to save Christmas and himself from the holiday disaster unfolding around them. Along the way, readers discover how a surprising turn of events helps transform the Grinch's heart and reminds everyone what Christmas is really about.
Featuring playful rhyming text and colorful illustrations inspired by Dr. Seuss's original artwork, this heartwarming picture book brings fresh humor and holiday magic to a familiar favorite. "Love the rotating seasonal items and the consistent supply of specialty office supplies!! Jerrol's makes it fun to pick up page protectors-- if I happen to also purchase a chicken-shaped mug or gorgeous wildflower apron while I'm there as well, that's just a happy accident lol :)"
"In one quick visit, I was able to get help finding art supplies for a new project as well as order some new release books for my daughters for Christmas. It’s great to have a small business in town that can do all that!"
"What a fun quirky place. Art supplies, RC cars, and puzzles, yep! Need a coffee while browsing the vintage clothing, sure! Office furniture, yep! Need some university gear, they have that too! Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area."
