What You’ll Need
- Battery: One 2-cell or 3-cell LiPo battery
- Charger: Traxxas EZ-Peak® charger 2970 recommended
- Transmitter Batteries: Four AA alkaline batteries
Features
- Speed: 35+ mph on 2s LiPo, 50+ mph on 3s LiPo with no gearing change required.
- Aerodynamic Clipless Body: Increases downforce, prevents pull-through damage, holds tight during intense driving, and removes quickly without body clips.
- Velineon® VX3 Waterproof ESC: Includes cooling fan, aluminum heat sink, EZ-Set® setup, real-time telemetry, high-resolution braking, and Sport, Race, and Training Mode™ profiles.
- Battery Compatibility: Works with 2s and 3s LiPo batteries. NiMH batteries are not supported.
- Velineon® V3200 Brushless Motor: 3200 Kv motor with high-temperature Neodymium magnets, 5 mm output shaft, cooling fans, ball bearings, and low-maintenance design.
- Extreme HD Suspension Parts: Reinforced caster blocks, axle carriers, steering blocks, and HD suspension arms.
- TQi™ Sport Radio System: 2-channel 2.4 GHz radio with removable grip adapter, long-range signal, one-button programming, 30-model memory, and fail-safe micro receiver.
- Traxxas Stability Management®: Improves acceleration, braking, and steering control on low-traction surfaces without reducing throttle response.
- Clipless Battery Compartment: Rigid latch-style battery strap secures many 2s and 3s LiPo battery configurations with no clips to lose.
- Low-CG Chassis: Low-mounted battery and electronics improve handling, corner speed, and stability, with reinforced construction, tube bumpers, nerf bars, and long wheelbase.
- Steering: Waterproof 2057 metal-gear servo with dual bellcrank design and integrated servo saver.
- Driveline: Torque-biasing center drive, full-time shaft-driven 4WD, Maxx-Duty driveshafts, 6 mm axles, steel wheel hexes, oil-filled steel gear differentials, and steel 32-pitch gears.
- Suspension: Composite GTR shocks with threaded collars, large oil capacity, powder-coated springs, screw-captured retainers, 3.5 mm shafts, solid camber links, and captured rod ends.
- Wheels and Tires: Pre-glued Replica Kumho® tires with foam inserts and black split-spoke dual-profile wheels.
- Hardware: Rubber-sealed ball bearings and precision hex hardware.
