The Samsill 5.5" x 8.5" Black Value Round Ring 2" Storage Binder - 12pk is made with a heavy weight chip board to add strength and durabilty to the traditional value binders. Premium quality vinyl tightly sealed over rigid board. Special ribbed seal adds flexible strength at the hinge. Pockets inside front and back provide convenient storage for loose materials.
