DESCRIPTION

Offers the student artist a variety of unique and flexible features, including vivid colors with the traditional creamy consistency of oil pastels. Can also be used as a wet or dry application. Use these pastels in their solid state for bright colors that blend easily into true secondary colors, or blend colors with a wet brush for exciting watercolor effects. Use Portfolio Water Soluble Oil Pastels and other media to develop a monotype combined with Chin Colle, a collage technique.
